Coaching Tool Kit
The coaching tool kit is a flexible, evidence-based set of strategies rooted in psychology, neuroscience, and behavioural science. Designed to adapt to each client’s needs, it blends goal setting, cognitive restructuring, mindfulness, resilience-building, and somatic practices. This is transformation as both a science and an art - grounded in research, delivered with empathy, and guided by ethical, trauma-informed practice.
