That depends on what you are seeking support with — and how you want to approach it.
Coaching works with behaviour, perception, decision-making, self-leadership, and identity. It is structured but flexible, and it can be applied to any area of life — whether you are navigating grief, burnout, addiction recovery, creative blocks, complex relationships, or simply trying to get clear on your next move. You might arrive wanting to talk about work and discover we are actually working with long-standing belief systems underneath the surface. Thee coaching toolkit is adaptable to the goal you set.

Detox focuses on building the physiological conditions for health. You might be feeling physically off, or you might just have a growing awareness that your system needs recalibration — whether through nutrition, nervous system support, herbal protocols, or a desire to reduce internal and external stressors. You do not need to be unwell to want to feel better. I will meet you where you are at and construct a plan from there.
These two paths can be explored separately — or together. Some clients begin with one and progress, others may not feel the need.
What I offer is not prescriptive. It is responsive. Coaching and detox both help you work with feedback from your mind and body — because they are always in conversation. Psychological patterns affect physical outcomes, and the body's condition can shape how we think, feel, and respond.
If you are unsure where to begin, you are welcome to reach out with and I can help you assess what feels most appropriate for your current situation.

Before your session, make sure you are in a quiet, private space where you will not be interrupted.
Use the bathroom beforehand, turn off notifications, and have some water nearby. If you tend to process emotionally, tissues can be helpful.
Try to avoid scheduling anything intense right after, especially if the session is likely to be emotional or activating. Time in nature, movement, or quiet reflection afterwards can support integration.

All sessions are held online. From personal experience — both as a practitioner and as a client — I have found online sessions to be just as deep, and often more powerful, than in-person.
When you are in your own space, you do not have to navigate the energy of the outside world — especially after a vulnerable moment. There is no travel time, traffic, commute or distractions.
You can take a session from anywhere you will be comfortable and undisturbed.
When you are already in your own environment, there is no delay in post-session integration. Some clients feel called to rest. Others prefer to journal or move directly into action. Whatever your process looks like, working online gives you greater control over your space, your pace, and your privacy.
This format also allows me to support clients wherever they are in the world — while staying fully present and focused across time zones and schedules.
